The first thing I made was witch fingers. They look awful but taste really good. Just a basic biscuit batter with whole almonds as finger nails and jam just to make it look a little more gross.
Then with the left over batter, I made Monster eyes with M&M's for iris's and melted chocolate to make the eyelids.
I have to admit that I am very proud of myself for getting creative in the kitchen. But I have to admit I would really like to own an apron. Things got pretty messy that day.
Then to add a bit of class to the upcoming party, I made blood dipped cocktail glasses. The blood is just sugar taffy with red food colouring.
So all in all it was very successful.
